Responding to Comments & Messages

1. Log into your Meta Business Suite

Logging into your Meta Business Suite gives you access to a single inbox containing all of your comments and messages. If you have not set up a Meta Business Suite, follow these directions first.

Business Suite = front-end management – creating and scheduling posts, replying to messages etc.

2. Navigate to “Inbox”.

Navigate to your Inbox by following going to the url https://business.facebook.com/latest/inbox/all, or selecting Inbox from the side navigation.

3. Read and Respond to Messages and Comments.

Within your Inbox, you can respond directly to messages received as well as comments left on posts and ads.  If your Facebook account has been connected to your Instagram account, Instagram messages and comments will be shown here. If your Facebook and Instagram account have not been connected, you can do so by following these directions.

The tabs at the top of the Inbox will help you to view all messages and comments, or filter for a specific channel.
