Disabling Direct Messages
1. Log into your Meta Business Suite
To disable direct messages to your Facebook Business Page, begin by logging into your Meta Business Suite.

Business Suite = front-end management – creating and scheduling posts, replying to messages etc.
2. Navigate to “All Tools” then “Page Settings”.
Expand the All Tools menu located at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar, then select Page Settings.
3. Select “General” and click Edit next to “Messages”.
Click the General tab on the left-hand sidebar, then click the Edit button next to the Messages option.
4. Turn Off Messaging.
Uncheck the box next to “Allow people to contact my Page privately by showing the Message button”. Click Save changes to complete the process.
