Changing Your Email Password
Need to change the password for your Mainstream supplied email account? Follow the directions below!
If you cannot remember your current password to access your Webmail Account, please contact the Mainstream support team.
Description
Updating Your Email Password
1. Log into your Webmail account.
Navigate to yourdomain.com/webmail (replacing yourdomain.com with your website url).
Login using your email address and existing password.
2. Select Webmail Home
From the left-hand menu, select Webmail Home:
3. Select Password & Security
Select the Password & Security section from the provided options:
4. Create a new password.
Enter your new password twice, ensuring it meets the minimum required security strength.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
After updating your password, you must also update the password in any connected devices or mail management systems.
