Manage your business on the go with the WooCommerce Mobile App. Create products, process orders, print labels, and track key stats in real-time.
Installing the App
1. Download the free WooCommerce App.
Download the WooCommerce app to the device(s) you would like to be able to manage your store from. The app is available for both Apple and Samsung products.
2. Connect the app to your website.
Open the newly downloaded app on the device you are looking to connect. Choose the option to login by entering your site address.
3. Enter your website URL.
Enter your website URL into the provided field and select Next.
4. Enter your username and password.
Enter the username and password for the WooCommerce App as provided by Mainstream Marketing then select Next.
If you have not received a username and password specific to the WooCommerce App, please complete our support form to request one.
5. Once connected, select continue.
Your account is now connected. Select the continue button.
6. Allow notifications.
A pop up window will ask you about notification settings. Select Allow if you would like to receive alerts, sounds and icon badges on your device.
Setup is complete!
You have successfully connected your device! Repeat the steps above to connect to additional devices.
